Coming from a family of five, three boys and two girls, I watched as my mother worked tirelessly trying to
provide for us the basic necessities such as food, clothing and sport equipment for our school sports, ect. To say it was difficult is an understatement. But without compromising, I was taught the value of quality. Watching my mother, older sister Debra and Barbara's passion making some of the best tasting baked goods from scratch from our own kitchen, passion was born in me to follow the same tradition. After my older sister Debra's passing in 1982, our family baking tradition was uncompromising. I have been baking every since using my mothers recipes and hope my two daughters adopt the same passion I have and continue in our family tradition. Baking with passion.
